Getting the band right
Wording: the condition first, then the number. Short lines print large and stay legible. Colour: red on white or white on red reads as medical at a glance; many organisations use red for allergy by convention, though no colour rule is universal, so put the words on the band rather than relying on colour alone. Finish: printing carries the most detail; for a band worn daily for months, debossed lettering with colour fill lasts the life of the band. A QR code can link to a fuller information page your organisation controls; we check it scans at band size before production.

Send us your design
Upload your logo, artwork or wording. Anything from a print-ready vector file to a rough sketch is a fine starting point.
Approve your artwork
We prepare a digital proof showing how your wristband will look. Nothing is produced until you have approved it.
Production
We raise an invoice, and payment — or a deposit — is requested. Once that is received your wristbands go into production and we confirm your dispatch date.
Delivery
Your finished wristbands are delivered to the address on your order, with tracking where the service provides it.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 250 bands per design. Below that the set-up cost per band becomes uneconomical for you rather than for us. If you need a smaller run, tell us on your quote request and we will let you know what is possible.
Are silicone wristbands safe to wear?
Yes. Silicone is a stable, skin-friendly material that contains no latex, so it avoids the most common wristband allergy. It is waterproof and easy to wash. The full answer, including advice for young children, is on our silicone safety page.
What wristband sizes are available?
Adult, youth and child sizes, in widths from slim to extra wide. The exact circumferences and widths are shown on the quote page as you build your band.
How long do production and delivery take?
Production takes 5 days to 3 weeks from the moment you approve your artwork proof and we receive payment, depending on the quantity ordered — a small run moves quickly, a large one takes longer. We confirm the dates in writing before you commit, so you know when the bands will be in your hands rather than just when they leave us.
Can you add QR codes?
Yes. QR codes can be printed onto the band and linked to a donation page, ticket or landing page. QR codes need enough contrast and enough space to scan reliably, so we will check the size against your band width and confirm it scans before production.
