From first enquiry to delivery, here is exactly what happens and what we need from you at each stage. Nothing is produced until you have seen and approved a proof.

Tell us what you want
Choose your wristband style, colour, quantity and size — or just describe what you are trying to achieve and let us suggest the right combination.
Send us your design
Upload your logo, artwork or wording. Anything from a print-ready vector file to a rough sketch is a fine starting point.
Approve your artwork
We prepare a digital proof showing how your wristband will look. Nothing is produced until you have approved it.
Production
We raise an invoice, and payment — or a deposit — is requested. Once that is received your wristbands go into production and we confirm your dispatch date.
Delivery
Your finished wristbands are delivered to the address on your order, with tracking where the service provides it.
What we need from you
The more of this you can give us up front, the faster and more accurate your quotation will be — but do not hold back an enquiry because a detail is missing. We will ask.
- Your artwork or wording — a high resolution logo file, or simply the words you want on the band.
- Your colours — a shade from our range, or a Pantone reference to match.
- Quantity — an estimate is fine at the quotation stage.
- Delivery city — so shipping can be priced.
- Your deadline — the date the bands need to be in your hands, not the date you want them dispatched.
About your artwork proof
Before production we prepare a digital proof showing your band with your design on it, in the colours you have chosen. Check it carefully — spelling, colours, sizes and quantities — because production follows the approved proof exactly. Nothing is manufactured until you have confirmed it in writing.
Lead times
Production takes between 5 days and 3 weeks from proof approval, depending on the quantity ordered — a small run moves quickly, a large one takes longer. Delivery of [DELIVERY TIME] comes on top of that, depending on the destination. Your written quotation confirms the dates that apply to your order.

Frequently asked questions
What artwork files do you accept?
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG and JPG. Vector formats (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) reproduce most cleanly, particularly for small text and fine detail.
What if I don't have print-ready artwork?
That is completely normal. Send us whatever you have — a logo from your website, a photograph of a design, or just a description of what you want — and we will prepare artwork for your band and show it to you before anything is produced. If your logo needs to be redrawn as vector artwork there may be a small fee, depending on how much work it takes. We will always tell you the cost before we start, and never add it to your quotation without asking.
Do I get to see the design before production?
Yes. We prepare a digital proof showing how your wristband will look, and nothing goes into production until you have approved it in writing.
How long do production and delivery take?
Production takes 5 days to 3 weeks from the moment you approve your artwork proof and we receive payment, depending on the quantity ordered — a small run moves quickly, a large one takes longer. Delivery adds [DELIVERY TIME] on top of that, depending on where the bands are going. We confirm both dates in writing before you commit, so you know the date the bands will be in your hands rather than just the date they leave us.
Can you accommodate urgent orders?
Yes — we can arrange express shipping. It carries an extra fee, which we confirm with you before anything is approved, so nothing unexpected appears on your invoice. Tell us your deadline on the quote request and we will tell you straight away whether it can be met.
