Terms & Conditions
The terms on which we quote for and supply custom wristbands.
1. Quotations
Quotations are based on the specification you give us and are valid for [VALIDITY PERIOD]. A quotation is not an offer to sell until we confirm your order in writing.
2. Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logo or artwork you send us. We prepare a digital proof for every order. Production follows the approved proof exactly, so please check spelling, colours, sizes and quantities carefully — we cannot accept responsibility for an error that was present on a proof you approved.
3. Colour
Silicone colour is matched as closely as the material allows. Screens, printed swatches and cured silicone all render colour differently, so slight variation between a proof and the finished band is normal and is not a defect.
4. Quantities
Custom moulded production can vary slightly in yield. We reserve the right to supply within [TOLERANCE, e.g. plus or minus 5%] of the ordered quantity and to charge for the quantity supplied. [Delete this clause if you always supply the exact quantity ordered.]
5. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted [INCLUSIVE / EXCLUSIVE] of VAT and [INCLUSIVE / EXCLUSIVE] of delivery. Payment terms are [PAYMENT TERMS].
6. Lead times and delivery
Lead times run from written approval of your proof and cleared payment where payment is required up front. We give delivery dates in good faith but are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Cancellation
Because every order is manufactured to your specification, orders cannot be cancelled once your proof has been approved and production has begun. [State what happens if you cancel before that point.]
8. Faulty goods
Please inspect your delivery on arrival and tell us about any shortage or fault within [PERIOD] days. We will replace or refund goods that are genuinely faulty or that do not match the approved proof.
9. Liability
Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION].
