Our minimum order quantity is 250 bands per design. Below that the set-up cost per band becomes uneconomical for you rather than for us. If you need a smaller run, tell us on your quote request and we will let you know what is possible.

Price depends on the finish, the number of colours, the quantity and the delivery destination, so we quote every enquiry individually rather than publishing a fixed price list. Send us your requirements and you will get a written quotation with no obligation.

Yes — send us your Pantone reference and we will match the band colour, the print colour or both as closely as silicone allows. Silicone is not paper, so an exact match is not always achievable; we will tell you honestly if a shade is going to move.

Yes. Segmented bands carry defined blocks of colour, two-tone bands use a different colour inside the band from the outside, and several print colours can be applied to a single band. If you have a specific combination in mind, describe it on your quote request.

Yes. Logos can be printed, debossed, embossed or colour-filled. Vector artwork gives the best result, but we can work from most files — send us what you have.

PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG and JPG. Vector formats (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) reproduce most cleanly, particularly for small text and fine detail.

That is completely normal. Send us whatever you have — a logo from your website, a photograph of a design, or just a description of what you want — and we will prepare artwork for your band and show it to you before anything is produced. If your logo needs to be redrawn as vector artwork there may be a small fee, depending on how much work it takes. We will always tell you the cost before we start, and never add it to your quotation without asking.

Yes. We prepare a digital proof showing how your wristband will look, and nothing goes into production until you have approved it in writing.

Adult, youth and child sizes, in widths from slim to extra wide. The exact circumferences and widths are shown on the quote page as you build your band.

Production takes 5 days to 3 weeks from the moment you approve your artwork proof and we receive payment, depending on the quantity ordered — a small run moves quickly, a large one takes longer. Delivery adds [DELIVERY TIME] on top of that, depending on where the bands are going. We confirm both dates in writing before you commit, so you know the date the bands will be in your hands rather than just the date they leave us.

Yes — we can arrange express shipping. It carries an extra fee, which we confirm with you before anything is approved, so nothing unexpected appears on your invoice. Tell us your deadline on the quote request and we will tell you straight away whether it can be met.

Yes. QR codes can be printed onto the band and linked to a donation page, ticket or landing page. QR codes need enough contrast and enough space to scan reliably, so we will check the size against your band width and confirm it scans before production.

Yes. Bands can be supplied individually bagged, and custom packaging such as branded header cards is available. Ask for it on your quote request.

Yes, but only to certain countries. Put the destination country in the comments box on your quote request and we will let you know whether it is possible, and what delivery would cost, before you commit to anything.
