Custom wristbands are made to order, so the honest answer to what they cost is a short set of facts rather than one number. This page gives you those facts. A written quotation then puts exact numbers on your order within one working day, with no obligation.

The four things that set the price
Quantity matters most. Every design carries a one-off set-up cost for the mould or the screen, and that cost is spread across the run. It is why 250 bands is the minimum, and why 1,000 bands cost far less per band than 250 do.
The finish comes next. A single-colour printed or debossed band is the most economical. Colour fill adds a production step. Segmented colours, glow silicone and glitter silicone cost more per band.
The number of colours in your design adds cost with each extra print or fill colour. One well-chosen colour usually reads best on a band anyway.
Delivery is priced by destination and is always shown as its own line on the quotation, never hidden in the band price.
How to pay less per band
Order the full campaign in one run rather than in two, because a second run repeats the set-up cost. Keep to one print colour where the design allows it. Choose a standard band colour rather than a Pantone match when the shade is not critical. Order early: express production and shipping carry real fees, and a normal lead time of 5 days to 3 weeks costs nothing.
The cheapest wristbands in South Africa
If you need entry bands for a single day, do not buy silicone at all. A plain Tyvek band from an event supplier is the cheapest wristband there is, and shops such as Wristbandshop in Cape Town and IDC Band in Johannesburg sell them from stock with published prices. Silicone wins when the band is kept and worn: it costs more per band and the least per wear. Our minimum order quantity is 250 bands per design. Below that the set-up cost per band becomes uneconomical for you rather than for us. If you need a smaller run, tell us on your quote request and we will let you know what is possible.

Where can I buy cheap wristbands in South Africa?
It depends on the job. The cheapest band per unit is a plain single-use Tyvek band from an event-supplies shop, and if you only need entry control for one day, that is the right buy. For a band people keep and wear, custom silicone costs more per band but is used for years, and the unit price falls steeply at 500, 1,000 and 2,500 bands. How long do production and delivery take?
Production takes 5 days to 3 weeks from the moment you approve your artwork proof and we receive payment, depending on the quantity ordered — a small run moves quickly, a large one takes longer. We confirm the dates in writing before you commit, so you know when the bands will be in your hands rather than just when they leave us.
Can you accommodate urgent orders?
Yes — we can arrange express shipping. It carries an extra fee, which we confirm with you before anything is approved, so nothing unexpected appears on your invoice. Tell us your deadline on the quote request and we will tell you straight away whether it can be met.
