Which material does your event need?
Most people searching for event wristbands do not yet know which material they need, and the answer changes the price by a wide margin. We make silicone. We do not make Tyvek, paper, fabric or vinyl bands, so what follows is a straight comparison rather than a sales pitch. If silicone is the wrong answer for your event, this page will tell you so.
- Silicone: reusable, comfortable, lasts years. Best when the band is kept, worn or sold, such as fundraising, awareness campaigns, staff and club members. Highest cost per band, lowest cost per wear.
- Tyvek: a tough paper-like sheet, single use, tears off. Best for one-day entry control at a festival or a school event. Cheapest per band by a wide margin.
- Paper: similar to Tyvek but weaker and not water resistant. Fine indoors for a few hours, poor in rain or at a pool.
- Fabric or satin: woven, closed with a one-way clip, survives several days and looks smarter than Tyvek. The usual choice for multi-day festivals and VIP access.
- Vinyl or plastic: thicker than Tyvek, water resistant, often used for hospital-style identification and multi-day access where the band must not tear.
- RFID or NFC: any of the above with a chip added, for cashless payment or access scanning at larger events.

Send us your design
Upload your logo, artwork or wording. Anything from a print-ready vector file to a rough sketch is a fine starting point.
Approve your artwork
We prepare a digital proof showing how your wristband will look. Nothing is produced until you have approved it.
Production
We raise an invoice, and payment — or a deposit — is requested. Once that is received your wristbands go into production and we confirm your dispatch date.
Delivery
Your finished wristbands are delivered to the address on your order, with tracking where the service provides it.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 250 bands per design. Below that the set-up cost per band becomes uneconomical for you rather than for us. If you need a smaller run, tell us on your quote request and we will let you know what is possible.
How much do custom wristbands cost?
Four things set the price: the finish, the number of colours, the quantity and the delivery destination. The price per band falls steeply as the quantity rises, the minimum run is 250 bands, a 50% deposit is paid on proof approval, and we do not charge VAT. The wristband prices page explains each cost in detail, and a written quotation for your exact order arrives within one working day.
What wristband sizes are available?
Adult, youth and child sizes, in widths from slim to extra wide. The exact circumferences and widths are shown on the quote page as you build your band.
How long do production and delivery take?
Production takes 5 days to 3 weeks from the moment you approve your artwork proof and we receive payment, depending on the quantity ordered — a small run moves quickly, a large one takes longer. We confirm the dates in writing before you commit, so you know when the bands will be in your hands rather than just when they leave us.
