Printed Silicone Wristbands
The logo or message is printed directly onto the surface of the wristband. Best for: simple promotional campaigns and cost-effective bulk orders.
What printed wristbands look like
Printing puts your design straight onto the surface of the silicone. Because the artwork is applied rather than moulded, it is the most flexible of the finishes — fine detail, small type and multi-colour logos all reproduce well, and it is usually the most economical option for large promotional runs.

Printed wristbands in detail
How it is made
Your artwork is screen printed onto the finished silicone band and then cured so the ink bonds to the surface. The band stays completely smooth to the touch.
What to send us
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the cleanest result. High-resolution PNG or JPG files are fine too — if all you have is a logo from your website, send it over and we will tell you honestly whether it will print well.
Wear and durability
Printed designs sit on the surface, so over a long period of heavy daily wear they can show more than a moulded finish. For bands intended to be worn for months rather than days, debossed or embossed is usually the better choice.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 250 bands per design. Below that the set-up cost per band becomes uneconomical for you rather than for us. If you need a smaller run, tell us on your quote request and we will let you know what is possible.
What artwork files do you accept?
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG and JPG. Vector formats (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) reproduce most cleanly, particularly for small text and fine detail.
What if I don't have print-ready artwork?
That is completely normal. Send us whatever you have — a logo from your website, a photograph of a design, or just a description of what you want — and we will prepare artwork for your band and show it to you before anything is produced. If your logo needs to be redrawn as vector artwork there may be a small fee, depending on how much work it takes. We will always tell you the cost before we start, and never add it to your quotation without asking.
Do I get to see the design before production?
Yes. We prepare a digital proof showing how your wristband will look, and nothing goes into production until you have approved it in writing.
