When you submit a quote request or contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, email address, delivery city, required date, your wristband requirements, any artwork you upload and anything you write in the comments field.
If you accept analytics cookies we also collect anonymised information about how the site is used. Analytics do not run unless you accept them.
Why we use it
To prepare and send your quotation, to answer your enquiry, and — if you go ahead — to produce and deliver your order. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a price.

We process enquiry details because you have asked us to provide a quotation (steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our products.
Who sees it
